The Firefighter Aptitude and Character Test is Stage One of the Ontario Fire Administration Inc. candidate testing process, used by Toronto and most participating Ontario departments. It pairs a general aptitude battery covering reading, math, mechanical reasoning, and mapping with a character inventory.
