Use of content
All questions, guides, and program content are original works owned by Semparo. Personal study use only: no scraping, bulk copying, resale, or redistribution.
One person per account
Accounts are individual. Your subscription covers you, not your crew, and sharing login credentials is a breach of these terms. This protects you as much as us: your account holds your profile, your target departments, your purchases and access, and any certificates you upload to the vault, and the platform's scoring and study tools only work when they reflect one person. Accounts showing shared use receive a verification step, then a warning; continued sharing can end the account. Departments and training academies wanting access for a group should contact us about multi-seat licensing.
Purchases and refunds
Every plan is a subscription that renews until you cancel it: the annual plan by the year, and the monthly Pro plan and single-section plans by the month. Cancel anytime and access ends at the period close, with nothing deleted. The founding member tier is the only one-time, lifetime product Semparo sells. All sales are final except where a refund is required by law; if something has genuinely gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
No outcome guarantee
Semparo prepares you for hiring processes run by independent departments and vendors. We do not and cannot guarantee test results, interview outcomes, or offers of employment.
