How listings work
Semparo's roadmap steps link to course providers, driving schools, fire academies, and fitness testing services that can complete each requirement. This page explains exactly how those listings are ordered, in plain language.
Three kinds of listings
- House listings. Delta Emergency Support Training and future Delta-brand offerings are operated by the same company as Semparo. They are pinned first and always labelled "Featured. Operated by the same company as this platform."
- Sponsored listings. Providers can pay for up to five placement slots per category and region. Every paid placement is labelled "Sponsored." Within the sponsored tier, ranking is by package level and then tenure.
- Organic listings. Unpaid providers verified against official accreditation registries (Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, IFSAC, Pro Board, provincial licensing bodies). Ordered by region proximity, then data completeness, then alphabetically.
The lines we do not cross
- Guides, requirement data, and department pages are never influenced by advertisers.
- Sponsored modules never appear inside the official-requirements section of a department page.
- No hidden favouritism and no unpublished ranking factors.
- Providers must hold the relevant accreditation to list at all, paid or not, and accreditation is re-checked annually.
Claim your listing
If you operate an accredited training business, you can claim your organic listing free once the directory opens, edit your profile, and see how many applicants view and contact you. Sponsored placement is optional and clearly separated.
