Where your data lives
Without an account, your work stays in this browser. Create one and it syncs privately to your account in Canada, readable by you alone, never by a department.
Your prep data
Readiness profile, practice history and scores, study and roadmap progress, reminders, and saved interview experiences.

Interview Lab mock sittings are generated by Anthropic, outside Canada: what you say and your saved-experience titles are sent during the sitting, and no transcript is stored. Nothing else here leaves Canada. There is no self-serve account deletion yet; email team@semparo.ca and we remove it by hand.

Account data lives in Supabase's Canada Central region. Your preparation for a Canadian fire service stays on Canadian infrastructure.
An account is optional
Most tools work signed out, keeping everything in your own browser. Signing in is the choice that makes your work follow you across devices, and the matrix below shows exactly what that means for each kind of data.
Your PHS is sealed
Personal History Statement answers are the most sensitive thing you could type into any prep platform. Yours are encrypted at rest with keys we rotate, you can export them encrypted, and one click destroys everything with no recovery.
Your department never sees your prep
If your hall runs Semparo Hall, your training officer sees assigned training and verified credentials only. Your personal practice, scores, documents, and readiness for any department are never visible to them.
Never sold, never advertised
We do not sell or share your data, run ads, or let anyone buy access to who is preparing. Every email we send has a one-click stop that we honour permanently.
Deletion is real
Tool-level deletes remove data from your device and your account together. For full account deletion, one email to team@semparo.ca finishes the job.
The fine print, when you want it
The full privacy policy carries the detailed version of everything above, and the terms cover the rest. Departments evaluating Semparo Hall get their own procurement-grade security page. Anything this page does not answer, ask us directly and a human replies.
