Interview Lab mock sittings are generated by Anthropic, an AI provider: what you say and your saved-experience titles are sent during the sitting, and no transcript is stored. Nothing else here leaves Canada. There is no self-serve account deletion yet; email team@semparo.ca and we remove it by hand.
