The hiring process

Only two items are required to apply: the application form, signed, dated, and fully completed, and the consent waiver and release form, signed by you and a witness. Train for the specific movements: weighted carries and drags, ladder or stair climbs, and grip work for the hose advance. Practising controlled breathing while working hard helps most with the SCBA search, because the darkened mask removes your vision and tests your composure.
